This is off road with Boyne Parasailing and those are not my kids watching. My kids were in Swim School about 50 feet away from this pic.
This is a blog for people to join us in taking photos of the every day things that happen in our lives. At the beginning of each week we post a "menu," of photos to take and then post what we captured at the end. If you would like to join us, post a comment on one of our posts and include your email address. We will add you as authors and you can start taking photos!

Week Five - Aisha
WEEK FIVE
LATE Morning time
With the heat in the low 80's it was warm enough to water not only the deck garden but the boys as well! Picking strawberries and enjoying the water, what a way to start the day!!
Family Time
Down state in Almont Michigan this past weekend for my cousin Nick's graduation party. The Grundner family gatherings are always a blast! This is my cousin Erin's little sweetie Shelby. We had so much fun, the boys danced the night away!
Outside
While outside Travis and I found this baby praying mantis stuck in a spider web. We saved him and brought him out to our deck garden. You can see here, I raised him up to the light so I could have a nice blue background color. He is cleaning the webs off his back leg. Travis thought he was WAY COOL!!

Ashli - Weeks Four and Five
As you have probably noticed - I did not post photos last week. I had VBS every day and I just never got around to it. So I'm posting them all at once.
Week Four
Monday: Kids with Dad
The boys gave Mike a remote control Helicopter for Father's day - they were SO anxious for him to fly it!
Wednesday: Beating the Heat
The boys and I went to the park on one of the hottest days and it was so hot, all we could do it sit in the shade and make silly faces and play with sticks!
Thursday: Something you Cooked
This was my yellow squash, onion and smoked turkey omelet! Yummy! That's my all time favorite coffee cup too.
Saturday: Wildlife. ( I could put a picture of my boys running around like wild animals, but I think we've seen enough of that!)
This is not very clear, but the think was so wiggly! I took the boys to a presentation about bats at the library. This little guy has a wingspan of 3 feet! Don't worry, he only eats bugs and lives in Africa!
Saw this cool critter at our campsite!
Sunday: Water
Fun at the beach!
Monday: Outdoors
Quinnie at the Campfire
Tuesday: Family Time
This is my friend Sarah with her little girl Lauren - this was her first time coloring and she was really concentrating on trying to pick up the crayons!
Wednesday: Something that starts with P
Our friend Paul with his little girl Lauren
Friday: Dirty Faces
Jackson was REALLY enjoying his ice cream bar!
Sunday: Morning Time
Breakfast both days while we were camping! The first one is Quinn enjoying his first "box," of cereal and the second his favorite! Pan-pakes as he call them! He did not get to eat the whole plate, but some days I think he could!
Th-th-th- That's All Folks!
